In addition to individual SharePoint training courses, we offer training packages to companies that are moving to SharePoint and need to upskill their workforce.

These packages comprise an introductory level of SharePoint training (End user) for all staff, and higher-level training (Site Administrator) for approximately 1 in 10 staff. This means that they can help with administrative tasks and answer questions from other staff members ensuring that your IT team are not overwhelmed with questions.

Where needed we also train IT teams to ensure that their SharePoint knowledge is 100% current before the project.

The courses are customised for your company’s specific SharePoint configuration to maximise the training’s impact and minimise the length of time staff have to be away from their desks.

This is the basic level of training that we recommend for all employees where a company is rolling out SharePoint. Specifically designed to get people comfortable using SharePoint, it ensures that everyone understands the basics and is using your new system correctly.

This is a more advanced level of training than that offered to End Users.

It leads delegates through things like designing permission roles and managing users with groups, designing SharePoint sites with features like lists and libraries, and setting up a SharePoint site’s structure.

We generally recommend that each department has one Site Administrator so that they can deal with low-level day-to-day issues, both at roll out and ongoing, quickly and simply.
