Frequently Asked Questions – FAQs

GENERAL QUESTIONS

We assume that everyone attending an IT course is a computer user and is comfortable with the basics like opening, closing and saving files, navigating Microsoft Windows, using the different buttons on a mouse, etc.

Where there are specific pre-requisites for our courses they are shown on the individual course page.

If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Many of our courses are externally validated as certified CPD learning. We are working to increase the proportion.

The web page of the course that you are booking will make it clear if your course is currently CPD certified.

For CPD certified courses you will receive a CPD certificate the day after the course showing the number of hours awarded for your particular course.

We provide a certificate of attendance for all courses.

We will email your a course certificate to you the day after your course finishes.

How many people can attend a private course?
